Principal Officers

The following persons are in charge of the vision and management of the VERVE K.O. Ltd. They are supported by a team of highly qualified, hardworking and motivated people.

Technical Director

Luke Ouko is a Master of Science graduate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Information Technology as well as a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from University of Nairobi. Ouko has many years international experience in Europe and U.S.A working as a Technology and Communications Consultant, he is the author of more than 17 peer reviewed academic papers in his field and has been a presenter at over a dozen international conferences.

He is currently a fellow on a joint research project at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Media Lab in Boston USA, on New generation Information Management Systems. He is also a consultant at the Tokyo Technology Institute on the creation of semantic net based applications.

Chief Executive

Karani Nyamu, Bachelor of Commerce graduate of University of Nairobi. He has many years experience running his own successful marketing business with operations in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. He has worked as a Marketing Consultant on Marketing Innovations for Coca Cola-Africa in Mauritius and Rwanda. Previously he has worked at Citibank N.A. Karani’s passion is developing ways of preserving and effectively delivering Development resource Materials. He has done extensive research on areas such as: Low cost, easy to use and adaptable documentation systems for institutional resources.
